Turkish menswear brand Ramsey has signed a three-year agreement with UK's Liverpool Football Club to sponsor clothing items for its soccer team.
Ramsey's specially-made suits will be worn by Liverpool players prior to the start of the FA Cup final game against Chelsea, to be played at the London's Wembley Stadium this week.
Hüseyin Dogan, Chairman of Ramsey Executive Board, said Ramsey has big goals like Liverpool and they wanted to promote the brand in international market.
He said Ramsey will make 120 suits for players and other members of Liverpool team. These suits will be designed as per the specific requirements of the soccer club.
Liverpool Club Finance Director, Philip Nash, said Liverpool players would be seen wearing Ramsey clothing by around 1 billion people across the world during the league final.
In the past, Liverpool team was dressed up by global apparel brands like Harvey Nichols and Dolce Gabbana.
