Kissell wins another major victory for American textiles

“The Kissell amendment that was adopted by the House Armed Services committee early this morning, will ensure that U.S. tax dollars are not used to purchase yarns and fabrics from China that are readily available from producers here in the United States."
"Frankly, we do not understand why the U.S. Defense Department would even consider sending these military contracts to overseas producers. Nonetheless, we are thankful that Congressman Kissell and the vast majority of the members of the House Armed Services committee have intervened to make sure that Afghan uniform program is handled in a rational and fair manner."
