Coccinelle, considered a benchmark in the production of fashion bags and accessories, is opening three new flagship stores in China this year.
The Italian company plans to take the total number of its Chinese outlets to 70 over the next five years.
The company's plan to open outlets in China is in accordance with its strategy of widening its presence in the Asian markets.
The fashion accessories brand has chosen China for its Asian expansion because of its growing middle class which makes for an attractive market.
Coccinelle is sold all over the world through a well-established network of sales outlets including flagship stores, shop-in-shops in some of the best international Department Stores and corners in some of the leading multi-brand retail stores in Italy and other countries.
Besides 67 Coccinelle boutiques, the company's products are available at nearly 1,250 multi-brand retail outlets worldwide.
