VIRUS Action to outfit Quickblade paddler's team

VIRUS Action Sport Performance announced that they have been chosen to outfit the renowned Paddle SportInnovators, Quickblade team, with their most recent innovations in performance apparel. This collection consists mostly of compression clothing that offers special features and properties designed specifically to assist in endurance and recovery. The chosen apparel has been thoroughly tested by the team and will be a part of their training and performance regimen.
Since their launch, VIRUS has conducted extensive research and testing with Stand Up Paddler athletes to develop a well-designed product that is tailored specifically for the sport. This detailed process has led VIRUS to recent fabric and construction breakthroughs and will now be used exclusively by the Quickblade team.
Quickblade was in search of performance apparel that would provide their highly regarded team of top athletes a competitive edge in paddle sports. “Through our relationships with top ambassadors and athletes who regularly compete and train in SUP, we were approached by Quickblade,” stated Arika Helton, VP of Sales and Operations for VIRUS. “We immediately found that not only did our product have exactly what they were looking for, but they were also drawn to our company culture and dedication to advancing the sports we loved.” Soon after testing and competing in the product, Quickblade decided to make the product available to the entire team.
“After trying a few different compression pieces, my good friend and team rider Jay Wild introduced me to Virus' product in February,” said Jim Terrell, founder of Quickblade. “I was convinced that same week. I was very impressed with how I felt and even had a couple wins while wearing it. I am completely certain that they are helping my performance. I feel stronger and healthier since using them.”
The collection that has been selected by the Quickblade team is constructed with VIRUS' latest Bioceramic fabric that aids with endurance and recovery. The top features the Active X that helps posture, reinforces back muscles and increases lung efficiency. The bottom layer includes a boot cut compression and full-length compression pants. “Be on the lookout for many more of these selections this summer on the top of podiums from the Quickblade team,” said Helton.
