Camicissima, a dress shirt company from Italy, has entered the Russian market by opening its first mono-brand outlet in the “Prazhsky Passazh” shopping mall in Moscow.
For opening stores in Russia, Camicissima has entered into a deal with a local Russian partner, which would handle distribution of the brand's apparels in Russia.
The deal necessitates opening of a total 71 new monobrand outlets in Russia over the next six years, nine of which are planned to be opened by end of the current year.
Unlike other international Camicissima outlets, the Russian outlets would showcase the brand's entire range inclusive of ties, jackets and knitwear.
Fabio Candido, CEO of the brand's owner Fenicia, said the launch of the first outlet in Moscow marks the brand's official entry in the Russian market, which forms a part of the company's internationalization plan.
Being contented with the results achieved by the brand in international market, Mr. Candido said he is confident that with their extremely competitive quality and price equilibrium, they would continue to grow in future.
