Energy Athletic Golf announces the expansion of its performance apparel range to include short- and long-sleeve polos in an array of new colors, all of which feature the brand's proprietary IonX Ionized Energy Fabric that adds power and enhances comfort during every round.

Available at its website, the shirts rely on technology trusted for decades by international militaries, space programs and Olympic athletes. Like the existing collection, tops in the latest colors - Orange Fusion, Red Surge, Ambient Blue, Gray Matter in short-sleeve and Neutron Navy in long-sleeve - showcase an intelligent material scientifically proven to contain ionic energy through a negatively charged ionic field.

"By using science validated by Tour stars and other elite athletes and applying that to a revolutionary fabric, we're helping players truly maximize their power on the golf course," says Mike Abram, President of Performance Sports Brands, parent company of Energy Athletic Golf. "With the amount of repeat orders we're getting, it was time to give our customers even more style options from which to choose."

The ability of Energy Athletic Golf apparel's to increase power was confirmed by an independent university in a double-blind study on 12 rugby players. The results showed a measurable increase in average power when wearing IonX during repetitive, short duration, high intensity exercise.

Originally founded in 1998 as The Golf Agency by brothers Mike and Steve Abram, the company quickly rose to become the industry's leading direct-to-consumer golf advertising agency and television production company. It is now a division of parent company Performance Sports Brands, which is pioneering the manufacturing, selling and marketing of sports lifestyle products. An expanded portfolio includes the design and creation of performance-enhancing golf products, including Tour Striker, F2 Golf clubs and Energy Athletic Golf shirts.
