As Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH’s third Long Island location – in addition to Tanger Outlets Riverhead and Tanger Outlets Deer Park – Westbury offers customers from Queens to Suffolk County more opportunities to shop designer merchandise at great prices.
“OFF 5TH has been a top shopping destination in Garden City since 1997,” noted Robert Wallstrom, President of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. “We look forward to reopening our doors to offer our loyal Long Island customer more style and more savings in a new spacious facility designed for a special shopping experience.”
The store will be remodeled in Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH’s innovative ‘luxury in a loft’ store design, a novel layout that has been well received and set a new standard in outlet shopping.
This design maximizes efficiency and flexibility, enabling easy changes in the general layout. The store will be bright, uncluttered, with no hard aisles and one consistent hard-surface floor throughout. All fixtures will be on casters, ensuring ease in movement, and all hardware will be interchangeable between fixtures.
A distinctive assortment of brands will be available at outlet prices in the relocated store, including women’s and men’s apparel, fine jewelry, and children’s collections.
Women will find merchandise from top designer brands, including Celine, Valentino, Fendi, Alexander McQueen, St. John, and Donna Karan, as well contemporary options in line with fall’s most sought-after trends, like jewel-tones, printed denim, and woven tops, and gorgeous leather, wool, and down topcoats.
The men’s assortment will highlight a range of contemporary designers such as Marc by Marc Jacobs, Vince, John Varvatos, Robert Graham, True Religion, Seven for All Mankind, Joe’s Jeans, Levis, and Hudson. For men and women, OFF 5TH’s premier private labels BLACK Saks Fifth Avenue and GRAY Saks Fifth Avenue, and its Cashmere collection will also be available.
Jewelry options will include gold, diamond, and pearl pieces from Roberto Coin, John Hardy, Judith Ripka, Lagos, Stephen Webster, Elizabeth and James, Emily and Ashley, Stephen Dweck, Ippolita, Tara Pearls, and Nava Zahavi. The store will offer a selection perfect for children during the back-to-school season, including bold colors, printed denim, and athletic-wear.
