Haggar Clothing Co. announced that it has filled two key roles on its executive committee with the selection of Rich Honiball as the new SVP for Marketing, Licensing and E-Commerce and the promotion of Nanditha Zuckerman as the new SVP of Global Operations. The announcement follows an extensive search by the iconic apparel company for the right executives to assume leadership roles with the company which is positioned to extend its current trend of revenue growth and market share gains.

Prior to joining Haggar, Mr. Honiball was with JC Penney leading their Men's and Kid's private label business.  His twenty four years of industry experience includes positions of increasing responsibility with both JC Penney and specialty retailers Jos. A. Bank and Brooks Brothers.  Mr. Honiball holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and sits on the national board of HOBY (Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation).

"Haggar is an iconic American brand with a rich heritage and strong values," said Rich Honiball.  "I am excited about the opportunity to work with the rest of the Haggar team in driving our long term brand and e-commerce strategies."

"Haggar is thrilled to add a leader of Rich's caliber to our Executive Team," said Tim Lyons, President of Haggar Clothing Co.  "He's a creative and strategic thinker and will be instrumental in guiding our brand direction, communication and digital development both internally and in partnership with our domestic and global licensing partners."

Ms. Zuckerman joins Haggar from Haggar Canada where she most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer.  She joined Haggar Canada in 1999 after starting her career with one of Haggar's licensing partners and has moved through positions in operations, sourcing and process improvement over the course of her tenure.  She recently earned her Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich program at the prestigious Schulich School of Business in Toronto.

"I am excited about this next phase in my career with Haggar and am very passionate about this opportunity to continue building this profitable company," said Nanditha Zuckerman.  "I believe that the strength of Haggar resides in our people and having a dynamic leadership team that fosters a culture of trust, pride and growth for our teams and the company."

"I have worked with Nanditha for several years; she has a keen understanding of the Haggar brand, culture and operations model which makes her the ideal candidate and best suited to make a difference in terms of supporting and facilitating our profitable growth as a company," said Michael Stitt, CEO of Haggar Clothing Co. "Both Rich and Nanditha will provide critical leadership as we pursue a number of exciting strategic growth initiatives."
