Country Road Limited completes Witchery buyout

Further to the announcement on 1 August 2012, Country Road Limited is pleased to confirm that it has completed the acquisition of the Witchery Group.
As a result, the appointment of Iain Nairn as the Chief Executive Officer of Country Road and the other senior executive and Board appointments announced on 1 August 2012 are effective immediately.
Beginning as a niche women’s shirting business in 1974, Country Road has evolved into Australia's first lifestyle brand for women, men, children and home; renowned for stylish, high-quality apparel, accessories and homeware.
