Nike launches LeBron Diamond inspired apparel collection

Nike Sportswear is introducing the LeBron James Diamond Collection apparel for the Holiday 2012 season. The collection is inspired by the diamond, which is forged by heat, time and pressure -- a metaphoric comparison to LeBron’s career.

An urban renaissance theme is brought to the collection, one that references great eras and intertwines sophistication with a modern edge. The collection also celebrates LeBron’s 10 years with Nike.

Led by the LeBron Peacoat Destroyer, the collection incorporates beautiful materials and tailoring. The peacoat features a wool body and leather sleeves, while signature peacoat buttons, zonal Nike Sphere lining and a longer length distinguish this jacket.

The LeBron Varsity Shawl Collar Cardigan is a cotton sweater knit cardigan that embodies a heritage-rich look with classic varsity stripes and shawl collar construction. A kangaroo pocket and the collection's signature embroidery help elevate this cardigan.

The LeBron Virtus Hoodie stays true to the iconic AW77 hoodie style, with details like a hi-density jacquard label, embroidered lion on the left chest, and center-back direct embroidery that adds a combination of satin stitched and twill appliqué.

The LeBron 6 Crew brings elegant touches to a laid-back, off-court crew, including a left-chest cut and sew detail that off-sets a classic yarn die stripe.

"Earned, not given,” a motto of the three-time MVP, carries to the LeBron Earned Not Given Tee.

The Nike Sportwear LeBron James Diamond Collection is available globally.
