In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, the online boutiques of Local Hem, the boutique shopping platform, introduced several new apparel collections this month.

White + Warren, carried by Duchess Boutique, was founded 15 years ago with designs “to make cashmere accessible, affordable and an integral part of every women’s wardrobe.” This line of knitwear “realizes trend and redefines classic” with its cashmere.

A darling of celebrities and editors, it’s not unusual to see this brand’s pieces on stars like Angelina Jolie, Julia Roberts, Keri Russell and Blake Lively. Local Hem now carries a varied selection of this line’s iconic cashmere sweaters.

Vince, another celebrity favorite, was introduced to Local Hem by Encounter Boutique, and was founded on the “principles of iconic design and superior quality.” Specializing in “functional luxury basics,” Vince’s cashmere sweaters and delicate tops have been popular items in the online boutiques of Local Hem, and, just recently, Vince’s leather and suede boot collection has been added to the site.

EMU Australia was one of the best-selling brands on Local Hem last holiday season, and, now that the online boutiques have expanded their collections of EMU apparel and accessories, the brand is expected to maintain its spot as a best seller.

Carried by She Boutique and Duchess Boutique, EMU is an “Australian born, Australian based and Australian owned brand that has passionately produced the world’s finest premium sheepskin and Merino wool products for over 15 years.”

Customers rely on EMU Australia for its quality and this has earned the brand a loyal following. She and Duchess Boutique together now offer an expansive selection of EMU sweaters, tops, outerwear and scarves, all made in the brand’s signature premium merino wool.

Local Hem’s founder, Colleen King, noted that their online boutiques will be adding several additional new designers as well as expanding the existing collections of their boutiques as the season progresses.

Local Hem is an online boutique shopping platform allowing visitors from anywhere in the world to shop a selection of the best independent, local boutiques online. Visitors to the site can discover and shop boutiques by location, category, designer or specific trends.
