Lotus, known for its eponymous sports car range, has selected Eurostop’s retail management system for its fast expanding retail operations ‘Lotus Originals’, its luxury range of clothing, accessories and collectables.

Adding to sites in Monaco and China ‘Lotus Originals’ recently opened its flagship store in Regent Street, London strengthening its retail network which includes stores at its UK base in Hethel, Norfolk and at Norwich City Football Club’s Carrow Road stadium.  ‘Lotus Originals’ is using e-rmis to manage stock at its head office and e-pos for till sales in the stores as well as at roadshows and outdoor events. Lotus selected Eurostop’s system for its ease of use for stock management and sales reporting and its proven track record in retail.

‘Lotus Originals’ stores stock a range of luxury sporting menswear and womenswear, high quality leather accessories, branded gifts, toys, models and other special edition items and Lotus plans to manage all stock centrally across its stores using Eurostop’s solution.

Phillip Moylan, Sales & Marketing Manager at Eurostop said, “Eurostop’s systems have been designed to support the specific business challenges that a retailer like ‘Lotus Originals’ faces. For niche businesses like this it is essential to manage stock carefully to meet customer demand, particularly as they have the additional roadshow events where sales can be unpredictable. Tracking sales accurately and being able to meet different demands for sizes and colours is vital to mange stock holdings efficiently to maximise profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.”

Lotus Originals is the retail operation for all of Lotus’ non-car products. A diverse collection of luxury apparel, luggage, gifts, toys and limited edition collectables can be bought online.
