"An evening of sorts it definitely was, when Bollywood heartthrob Salman Khan stopped by the Splash & ICONIC stores in Dubai Mall, to take his entire crew of 60 people on a shopping spree. The gesture was a simple way of saying Thank You to the crew who support him in making the biggest blockbusters.

He encouraged them to take back something for their families and since they were shopping then why not ‘Being Human’ merchandise as both the stores are currently stocked up with the brand's AW’12 collection.

Talking from the store about this short yet exciting visit, Raza Beig, CEO, Splash & ICONIC said, “the simple thought of treating his entire crew to a shopping spree reiterates the fact that Salman believes in the power of Being Human in its entirety".

"Wishing him great success in his endeavors, Raza Beig, added,” I do believe that one should learn from simple gestures, be it in Bollywood or in large or small businesses. These gestures become memorable and I am sure his crew will remember this for a long time or simply forever and it’s only fair to say Being Salman, Being Human."

Flaunting the symbolic message of Being Human, the collection uses colour, style and trend to highlight its dedication to the cause of Education and Healthcare for the underprivileged and proceeds from sales go to the Being Human Foundation."

What started as single brand store journey in 1993, is now a high-street fashion powerhouse and Middle East’s largest fashion retailer. Splash as an immensely popular brand captures the essence of fashion in everyday life and connects with its audiences through collection, emotion and attitude. With an eye for the latest global trends, the brand moves forward to re-define its product portfolio while the brand philosophy remains the same.
