Norman Hullinger appointed as CEO at Broder

Broder Bros., Co. the nation's largest distributor of imprintable apparel, announced the appointment of Norman Hullinger as Chief Executive Officer. Having been with the company for the past decade, Mr. Hullinger was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Broder.

"Broder is the industry leader and Norm's appointment as CEO is a recognition of the value he brings to the organization.  With this permanent appointment, we will have the consistency of leadership and skills required to accelerate the company's turnaround," said David Simon, a member of Broder's Board of Directors and a Managing Director of Littlejohn, Broder's largest shareholder.  "We expect to add resources in the coming months so that Broder can better serve its customers and vendor partners as we grow the company both organically and through acquisitions."

"Broder is entering an exciting time and I am pleased that the Board has put their trust in me to lead the company. We have a shared vision for Broder and I look forward to building on the gains we have recently made and serving our customer and vendor partners with innovative products, strategies and consistently superior service," said Mr. Hullinger.

Founded in 1919, Broder Bros.Co. is the nation's largest distributor of trade, private label and retail apparel brands and merchandise to the imprinting, embroidery and promotional product industries.
