The latest line of Opedix joint and knee support compression apparel is designed to improve athletic performance by enhancing knee and hip joint function. Opedix tights are scientifically engineered to reduce quadriceps muscle fatigue and knee pain during high-demand action sports.

The Opedix line of KNEE-Tech support tights have been scientifically shown to reduce quadriceps muscle fatigue, knee pain, and improve dynamic balance.

The promotion of kinetic health is the most current philosophy for joint injury prevention and recovery. Data suggests that athletes can perform longer and reduce the risk of joint pain and injury when performing in the Opedix KNEE-Tec tights.

Opedix, manufacturers of Kinetic Health Gear, this week unveiled their latest joint and knee support compression tights for men and women. Produced from some of the highest quality athletic fabrics on the market, KNEE-Tec tights have an enhanced design that offers a superior fit with added comfort and styling.

They incorporate the patented knee support load distribution technology that Opedix is recognized for, scientifically shown to reduce quadriceps muscle fatigue, knee pain, and improve dynamic balance. KNEE-Tec tights, manufactured in the USA, help to improve athletic performance and are recommended for athletes participating in sports that demand physical exertion of the lower extremities such as skiing, snowboarding and running.

In addition to helping with sports knee support, clinical patients recovering from knee issues or surgery also benefit from the additional knee support offered by Opedix.

Kinetic health refers to the manner in which the body’s joints and muscles work together, as they should, to produce efficient muscle function and optimal, harmonious joint motions. People of all ages, athletic levels and stages of rehabilitation are turning to the Opedix line of support tights to enhance movement quality so that they can last longer, perform harder and potentially avoid injury.

According to Michael Decker, Ph.D., an applied biomechanist, “The promotion of kinetic health is the most current philosophy for joint injury prevention and recovery. This notion is backed by laboratory testing that shows if the motion of the body’s joints work together in a harmonious and coordinated manner, the result is optimal muscle function and improved quality of movement.”

Scientific validation studies have proven that many musculoskeletal disorders are responding to simple preventative and curative techniques aimed at improving the quality of body movement.

Research on Opedix sports knee support technology conducted at the Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Vail, CO, found that wearing the tights during running significantly reduced painfully destructive, peak compressive knee pressures.

Additionally, professional skiers from well-known ski resorts reported dramatically reduced quadriceps muscle fatigue, knee pain and stiffness as well as improved muscular recovery while skiing. Data from these studies suggests that athletes can perform longer and reduce the risk of joint pain and injury when wearing Opedix KNEE-Tec tights.
