Woodland, the leading Adventure Outdoor gear brand formally announced the launch of its initiative 'Leave No Trace' in Goa while partnering with Asia’s most awaited music & dance festival - Sunburn Goa 2012.

Mr. Harkirat Singh, Managing Director, Woodland along with The Goan Woodland ProPlanet Ambassador Malaika Vaz announced the campaign with an aim to connect with the youth and inculcate a sense of environmental conscious lifestyle among them through various awareness campaigns.

At the helm, 'Leave No Trace (LNT)' is an idea that will motivate Sunburn participants not to litter and leave behind garbage culminating into a post event clean-up to ensure the party zone is clear of any litter. Woodland's ProPlaneteers will ensure recycling of waste materials through different eco-friendly processes.

As part of this association, Goa will witness Woodland's first-ever, massive structure 'ProPlanet Pod' that will showcase various aspects of its ProPlanet initiative through the structure as well as displayed props. Woodland has pledged to ensure that the conclusion of the event witnesses a clean beach with only memories and no remains of the great show.

The set-up will include Art Installations made out of waste materials, display of wacky eco-friendly signage, and volunteers at the venue spreading 'Leave No Trace' message.
