ReemClothing turns stockist of Snapback Caps

Cuckoos Nest Snapbacks are all made from 100% cotton whereas the Baseball team branded Snapbacks are made form 100% wool. Reem Clothing chose these three designers for variety as not every man wants to wear a cap for a sport that only appeals to the select few.

Snapbacks are said to have been going since the mid 1900s. There is no specific origin though many of the features are similar to those of the baseball hat. In 1954, baseball players adapted a new modeled snapback which had a flat rim instead of the rounded ones worn previously. Over the years they became more of a fashion statement and the baseball teams started to embed their team colors and wear them as part of their uniform.

During the early 90s hip-hop artists brought Snapbacks to the forefront of fashion ones again. Popular artists including Tupac, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube promoted the hats in album covers, music videos and even in their lyrics. Today, celebrities such as Chris Brown and American sports heroes can be seen wearing the Snapbacks.
