ReemClothing turns stockist of Snapback Caps

Snapbacks are going to be the ultimate fashion accessory in 2013 and Reem Clothing has picked some of the best designs to get ahead of the competition. Mitchell & Ness have designs for the Chicago Bulls, Dallas Mavericks, Brooklyn and Branded whereas Forty Seven Brand covers New York Rangers and the San Jose Sharks. However, Cuckoos Nest chose a more simple design using a contrast tan peak and rope detail.

Cuckoos Nest Snapbacks are all made from 100% cotton whereas the Baseball team branded Snapbacks are made form 100% wool. Reem Clothing chose these three designers for variety as not every man wants to wear a cap for a sport that only appeals to the select few.

“Here at ReemClothing.com we have made sure we have stocked Snapback Caps in a variety of designs and colors,” says Reem's Marketing Manager.

Snapbacks are said to have been going since the mid 1900s. There is no specific origin though many of the features are similar to those of the baseball hat. In 1954, baseball players adapted a new modeled snapback which had a flat rim instead of the rounded ones worn previously. Over the years they became more of a fashion statement and the baseball teams started to embed their team colors and wear them as part of their uniform.

During the early 90s hip-hop artists brought Snapbacks to the forefront of fashion ones again. Popular artists including Tupac, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube promoted the hats in album covers, music videos and even in their lyrics. Today, celebrities such as Chris Brown and American sports heroes can be seen wearing the Snapbacks.

"We really wanted to give our customers the opportunity to try something a little different and these caps are the perfect item. Over the years they have merged from Baseball players uniforms to hip-hop must-haves and now they are for anyone. They are the new take on the cap," added the Marketing Manager
