This quarter we added 496,000 square feet of new space, comprised of six supermarkets, five extensions, and 19 new convenience stores, including our 500thconvenience store in South sea. This brings us to 846,000 square feet year-to-date, on track to deliver our target of one million square feet of new space by the end of the financial year.
We expect the challenging economic backdrop to persist, with customers looking to re-balance their household budget after the festivities and so spending cautiously in the first few months of 2013.
