A unique petition, appealing internationally famous lingerie giant Victoria's Secret to manufacture a special line of bras for breast cancer survivors, has been filed by a 27-year-old Virginian woman named Allana Maiden.
Inspired by the lingerie maker’s active participation in several breast cancer awareness campaigns like Think Pink, Maiden appealed the manufacturer to come up with a unique range for women who have underwent mastectomy.
The petition has already received more than 90,000 signatures on the world's petition platform Change.org.
A few years ago, Maiden’s mother Barrett had undergone mastectomy or breast removal surgery, especially meant for women suffering from breast cancer.
