The 2013 Global Outsourcing 100 includes companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services – not only today's leaders, but also tomorrow's rising stars. Rankings are based on evaluations of a panel of independent judges organized by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
