A bit of Hollywood nostalgia was revisited during the first-ever campaign photo shoot of London-based Matchless Motorcycles’ debut clothing line.
Shot by American fashion, portrait and documentary photographer Terry Richardson, the campaign features English supermodel Kate Moss riding the great Hollywood cine star Marlon Brando’s iconic motorcycle from the 1953 American outlaw biker film The Wild One, reported Telegraph.co.uk.
Designed under the creative direction of designer brothers Michele and Manuele Malenotti, the former owners of British label Belstaff, the yet to be released Matchless Motorcycles fashion line is a mix of men’s and women’s outerwear.
Scheduled to be launched in June, 2013, the autumn/winter range reflects a perfect combination of rock chic and grungy-inspired looks, such as Notting Hill and Soho jackets, washed cotton jackets and micro-mini hotpants.
Founded in 1899, Matchless Motorcycles is one of the oldest British motorcycle companies in the UK.
