PVH Corp. has entered into a license agreement with Five Star Blue, LLC to market and distribute men’s denim under the IZOD brand. The initial term of the agreement runs through 2018.

Under the agreement, Five Star Blue will produce and distribute men’s denim pants and shorts in regular and big & tall sizes. The products will be sold at major department and specialty stores throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

“The new denim line is a natural extension for the IZOD brand lifestyle,” said Ken Wyse, President of Licensing for PVH Corp. “We welcome Five Star Blue onto our team of IZOD licensees, and believe it is the best company to help us establish the IZOD brand in this product classification.”

“Five Star Blue is thrilled to become the latest member of the IZOD team,” said Albert Pardo, Executive Vice President of Five Star Blue. “As manufacturers of over 10 million pairs of jeans annually, we are excited to be partnering with PVH and the IZOD brand to add a new dimension to the existing range of IZOD sportswear available to the consumer.

"IZOD is already an iconic American brand and adding denim to the mix is a natural next step to round out its already impressive sportswear offering.”
