Play it loud and play it hard: that’s the message of a new adidas SLVR collection that finds inspiration in rock music and heavy metal culture. For Autumn/Winter 2013, the Sport Style label turns up the volume, presenting clothing that’s charged with a serious rock attitude; this season’s collection represents a brave new chapter in the story of adidas SLVR.

The clothes themselves follow a long, lean, rocker-ready silhouette, pairing tailored parkas with drainpipe trousers for men and sleek printed dresses with leggings for women. Waxed leathers and neoprenes offer intriguing textural contrasts, while the collection’s theme is recalled in metal zippers and hard-core rock-inspired graphics, like a bold guitar-and-skull motif that appears across T-shirts and accessories. The result is an adidas SLVR range that combines a rule-breaking spirit with chic sportswear for a look that’s completely new.

adidas SLVR is a contemporary sportswear collection that fuses innovation and tradition. Under the creative direction of Dirk Schönberger, the label speaks directly from a fashion perspective, emphasizing precision tailoring and sleek silhouettes. Built on a principle of functional elegance, adidas SLVR creates an essential wardrobe filled with surprising details, breakthrough materials, and an effortless sense of chic.
