Eton Systems, the inventor and world’s leading provider of automated production systems for apparel and other textile-based product manufacturers, is celebrating its 10th year in support of the fashion industry in Brazil. During the past decade, Brazilian companies have installed more than 4000 workstations of the world-renowned productivity and management solution throughout the country. Using the capabilities and benefits of the Eton system, these companies have achieved measureable productivity, throughput, and other distinct competitive advantages on a wide range of apparel and textile products such as jeans, shirts, knits, and home fashions.
“Brazilian manufacturers realize the importance of staying ahead of the curve in terms of productivity and technology”, noted Americas Business Development Director Gary Freedman. “As the speed and competitiveness of the global fashion industry intensifies, many have discovered that Eton Systems represents the single most important investment they can make to immediately increase performance and profitability and ensure future success.”
To better address and support growing demand across the country, Eton Systems is also expanding the role of regional sales agent Gordon Schultheis to National Agent for Brazil. “We are pleased to have such a knowledgeable professional as Gordon serving our important customers in Brazil”, added Freedman. “He will now bring the high level of service he has shown in the south to the rest of the country.”
“Companies are quickly learning about the many Eton success stories in our country”, explained Schultheis. “I look forward to helping all Brazilian manufacturers as they work to increase productivity, reduce costs, and speed throughput.”
Working from his base in Parana, Schultheis will use his industry and systems experience to help fashion companies across Brazil reach higher levels of success with Eton Systems. He is also charged with expanding the network of sales agents and lead finders in the country.
