Autumn-winter 13/14 updates Preview summer 14
The quality/style/ price ratio of the Portuguese ready-to-wear manufacturers (with their eagerly awaited childrenswear offer) and that of the Italians, who made a big splash from the outset, will clearly be this season’s big attractions. A season that promises diversity and revitalisation, since the Moroccans, Tunisians and Turks will be coming in large numbers. Better known as co-contractors, this time they’ll be proposing their own ready-to-wear and accessories collections devotedly put together from design through to production in their factories. A real discovery!
At TISSU PREMIER
Autumn-winter 13/14 updates ? Summer 14 season and colour ranges/trends for autumn-winter 14/15. 75% of the shows past exhibitors have already signed up. For the moment, French manufacturers of woven fabrics are the biggest contingent, followed by Turkey and Italy. Tunisia, with knitted fabrics in particular, and Morocco, with a terrific supplies offer, will once again be taking part in the first fabrics show of the season, not forgetting Portugal which is increasingly dynamic. As always, there is a strong presence of textile designers who are beginning to make their mark, and a clear consolidation of the supplies offer.
