Mothers Organic Health, an online retailer specializing in eco-friendly and organic products for babies and families, opens its virtual doors and launches a new website at www.mothersorganichealth.com. With a full line of baby gear, bottle and nursing accessories, feeding sets, bath and skincare, layette and clothing, diaper accessories, grooming sets, playtime and learning toys, and much more, this specialty online baby store aims to make online shopping easier for eco-focused moms.

"We've been there before – checking out labels on baby products not knowing which ones were safe for our kids. We know how it feels to be overwhelmed with information," says Mothers Organic co-founder Kelly McKnight . "That's why we created Mothers Organic. We wanted to make it easy to shop for eco alternatives for you and your baby – whether you're just starting out with eco-friendly products or a seasoned green shopper."

All products featured on the Mothers Organic website are thoroughly researched, tested and handpicked to meet the growing demand for natural, green and organic products for babies and families. Both vendors and products featured on the website must pass a 50+ point evaluation process and must meet at least of the following criteria: organic, non-toxic, recycled, sustainable, made in the USA, fair trade, allergen free or cruelty free. Mothers Organic enlists a team of health and safety experts, including parents, physicians and staff, to ensure products featured in the store meet its rigorous standards.

Customers can find a wide selection of well-known eco brands at Mothers Organic, such as Melissa & Doug, CleanWell and KidBasix – as well as newer brands such as HelloMellow and LollaCup.

"We want our customers to feel like they're getting personal recommendations on natural and eco-friendly baby products – much like they would from a friend or family member," says McKnight. "Yet with the modern convenience of ordering online through a secure and easy-to-use online store."

In addition to its online store, the website features Mothers Organic Blog – a new, online destination for parents on the latest green and natural living, parenting, health news, recipes, product reviews, events and more from Mothers Organic staff and contributing eco-focused parent and health bloggers.
