Simple Closures puts fashion into functional clothing with a new line of adaptive blouses for women with physical disabilities.

Based in San Francisco, Simple Closures designs adaptive apparel specifically with the wearer and caregiver in mind. The new line of adaptive blouses puts a focus back onto providing women with comfortable and feminine style.

Many people who could benefit from wearing adaptive clothing are unaware such products are available or have been discouraged from looking for them as many of the available options are geared more toward providing something to wear without thought to fashion, fit or style.

As a consequence, rather than seeking out clothing with adaptive features, many customers look at ready-made clothing with an eye to altering them to meet their needs.

This takes time and money and rarely results in a satisfactory garment. Simple Closures offer several options for customers. For example, if one has difficulty with manipulating buttons, but is independent in dressing, she might find Simple Closures’ fashions with Velcro closures helpful.

A woman with limited mobility who needs assistance with dressing would do well with fashions that fasten down the back. Although Simple Closures cannot custom make individual items, they are always available for consultation by phone or email to help in the decision making for what would work best for customers or their loved ones.

About the company:

Simple Closures is owned and operated by two registered nurses, Lynn and Melissa, who share a passion to help women overcome their difficulty with dressing. Simple Closures offers a fashionable line of disabled clothing, adaptive clothing, elderly clothing or any type of fashionable clothing for the physically challenged.

Simple Closures promotes comfort, quality and thoughtfully placed adaptive features to fit the special needs of their customers to make them feel special in their creative, tasteful styles and patterns. The Simple Closures difference is comfort, quality and thoughtfully placed adaptive features.
