ASOS adds Ian Dyson to BoD

Ian Dyson (age 51) has more than a decade’s experience in the public market arena and has held both executive and non-executive directorships at FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies.

He was Group Finance & Operations Director of Marks and Spencer plc from 2005 to 2010, before becoming the Chief Executive at Punch Taverns plc in 2010. Prior to that, Ian was Group Finance Director of Rank Group plc.

Ian is currently a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Betfair plc and a non-executive director of Punch Taverns plc.  Ian was previously a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Misys plc.

Brian McBride, the Chairman of ASOS plc, commenting on the appointment said,
