The organisers of Fashion SVP, the London fashion sourcing event, announced that a delegation of approximately 15 Romanian manufacturers will be appearing at the next edition of the event (22-24 September, Olympia, London).

The delegation is organised by the leading Romanian trade association, Fepaius, and will comprise a range of leading manufacturers across both formal and casual wear, whose clients already include retailers and brands such as Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, House of Fraser, Monsoon, Ted Baker, Burberry, Prada, Jaeger, Lacoste among others.

Buzz Carter, Event Director at Fashion SVP said: “We’re delighted about this Romanian presence which will bring to Fashion SVP an even greater selection of capabilities in the mid-to high-end market segment. All companies have been carefully vetted by our selection panel to ensure they are able to meet the standards and expectations of UK and European buyers”.

Mihai Pasculescu from Fepaius also commented: “Fashion production in Romania has seen major growth in the past couple of years with the UK and northern Europe being a particular priority. We are therefore excited to be appearing at Fashion SVP to show the market our excellent capabilities in both full service and highly experienced CMT production.”
