IAF World Fashion event brings top speakers from China

Therefore, the IAF is proud to announce that in cooperation with its Chinese member CCCT it has secured top level speakers from the largest and most prominent Chinese apparel and textile companies.

Among them are the Texhong Group, one of the largest suppliers of cotton fabrics in the world and Bosideng, with more than 7000 shops the largest down clothing brand in China and well known for its international expansion. In all cases the CEO, who is often also the founder of the company, will speak at the convention

Hosting the convention in China, with clear changes underway in the position of China in the global apparel business, we want to hear the vision of Chinese apparel and textile industry leaders themselves.

We want to enter into a global debate about China’s present and future role in the world as a dominant apparel producer and we certainly want to discuss with Chinese industry leaders about both the Chinese domestic market, but also about the growing power of Chinese brands outside of China.

Therefore we are fortunate to have the CEO’s of Texhong, Shanghai Silk Group, Jiangsu Sainty Corp, Shangtex and Bosideng as speakers in all of the four sessions of the Convention. They will give the inside Chinese angle in the Convention’s supply chain session, in the branding session and in the technology and innovation session.
