Wet Seal now makes available plus-size line at 36 stores

The Wet Seal Inc., a leading specialty retailer to young women, announced it is delivering the Wet Seal Plus Collection to 36 Wet Seal stores.

The line previously existed exclusively online at wetseal.com, and is now extending its availability to make it widely accessible for the Wet Seal customer. The collection will be available in stores on August 30th.

The assortment includes a range of categories including tops, bottoms, jeans, dresses, and jackets in sizes 1X to 3X, and bottom sizes 14 to 24. The designs mirror straight size apparel within the Wet Seal line, making trendy clothing available to more shoppers while staying true to the brand's fashions.

"With an increased demand for our Wet Seal Plus Collection, we are excited to introduce it in stores," said John D. Goodman, chief executive officer, The Wet Seal, Inc. "It is the natural progression for the line, and we hope that our customer will be pleased to find it accessible in-store for an engaged shopping experience."

To celebrate the arrival of the collection, the 36 locations will host in-store events to invite customers to shop the new styles, enjoy a special offer with purchase and beauty & styling sessions, and enter for a chance to win a Wet Seal gift card.
