The new location will be at The Promenade and will be designed after Saks OFF 5TH’s ‘luxury in a loft’ concept. The boutique-style store will hold over 800 world-renowned luxury designer labels at an exceptional value, including the latest trends in sportswear, footwear, accessories and fine jewelry.
“The very first luxury-in-a-loft Saks OFF 5TH store was launched in Orlando, therefore we are very excited to return and offer another sophisticated boutique-style store to the community. We want to give our customers unlimited access to Saks OFF 5TH’s compelling brand portfolio at extraordinary and obtainable prices,” stated Robert Wallstrom, President of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. “The team is committed to bringing our customers a luxury shopping experience through state-of-the-art service and environment, and Simon Property Group has been a great partner to us in achieving this.”
The design of the store is intended to maximize efficiency and flexibility, enabling easy changes in the general layout. The store will be bright, uncluttered, with no hard aisles and one consistent hard-surface floor throughout. All fixtures will be on casters, ensuring ease in movement, and all hardware will be interchangeable between fixtures. Shoppers will be able to find products with ease and enjoy a deluxe environment.
Women will find both designer and contemporary merchandise from brands such as Free People, French Connection, Diane von Furstenberg, James Perse, C&C, Splendid, BCBGMaxAzria, Rock Revival and Vigoss, to name a few.
A large selection of women’s shoes from designers such as Stuart Weitzman, Coach, Ivanka Trump, Kate Spade, Cole Haan, Vince Camuto, Sam Edelman, DV by Dolce Vita and Donald J. Pliner will also be available to shoppers.
Men will find great designs by brands such as Affliction, Members Only, Vince, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Robert Graham, Seven for All Mankind, Joe’s Jeans and True Religion, and more. Additionally, the store will carry a lavish assortment of jewelry and watches from designers such as Roberto Coin, Ippolita, Charriol, Judith Ripka, John Hardy, Slane, Stephen Webster, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bavna, Heidi Daus, Belargo, Stephen Dweck, Adriana Orsini, and Michele.
