DICK'S to open new store at Grandridge Plaza in Issaquah

DICK'S Sporting Goods, the largest U.S. based full-line sporting goods retailer, invites the community of Issaquah to their three-day grand opening weekend. The celebration begins on Friday, October 11 at the retailer's new location at Grandridge Plaza and continues through Sunday, October 13.

On Saturday, Former Seattle Mariner Edgar Martinez will make an appearance in-store from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Martinez is considered one of the greatest designated hitters in history with a batting average of .312 and over 300 home runs.

"We look forward to opening our new DICK'S Sporting Goods in Issaquah and becoming part of the community," said Lauren Hobart, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, DICK'S Sporting Goods. "We want to serve athletes of all ages in Issaquah by providing the equipment they need to help them excel."

The Issaquah location will be the retailer's 4th store in the state of Washington and its 536th nationwide. The new store will feature over 40 in-store services performed by DICK'S certified PROS in Golf, Bike, Hunting, Fishing, Team Sports and more.
