The Constitution of the John Lewis Partnership provides that its democratically elected Partnership Council elects five Partners to the Partnership Board of the Company, known as Elected Directors.
Following Noel Saunders' retirement from the Partnership, Noel has resigned as an Elected Director with effect from 17 October 2013 and is succeeded by Kate Brewer, who has been elected by the Partnership Council following its election process.
