New Look CFO Alastair Miller to step down

Mr Miller, who has been at New Look since 2000, will continue to serve in his current role until a successor has been appointed and there has been an appropriate transition of responsibilities

Alistair McGeorge, Non-executive Chairman, said, "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Alastair for his enormous contribution to New Look over the last 13 years. His commitment to the business has been exemplary and he will remain in his role until his eventual successor is identified to ensure that there is a smooth transition. He leaves with our very best wishes.”

Anders Kristiansen, Chief Executive officer, said, “Alastair has been an invaluable member of the executive team. He was the architect of our recent re-financing and bond issue and leaves the business in great shape and with a very bright future.”

Alastair Miller, Chief Financial Officer, said, “It's been a real privilege to have worked for such a great company and with some extremely talented people.  I will leave in the knowledge that the Company is in good hands with an experienced, ambitious management team who will continue to drive the business forward."
