AISF 2013 closes with record number of global suppliers

With a record number of international suppliers in attendance this year, the AISF provided invaluable opportunities for trade visitors to connect and pursue offshore manufacturing, design options and direct import deals. 

An impressive line-up of 12 countries exhibited at the fair, offering a wide range of options from around the globe.

From a high fashion perspective, a significant increase in the quality and range of couture and intricate fashion from India presented the Australian trade with an exciting range of product development possibilities.

The AISF Seminar series was both valuable and entertaining, wrapping up all of the business with tried and tested insight. Well-attended and with many proclaiming ‘best series to date’, the seminar series will be back for 2014, bigger and better. 

Julie Holt, Exhibition Director said, ‘This year’s fair was by far the best to date with exhibitors showcasing an increased quality of apparel, accessories and home textiles. The fair attracted serious interest from the trade with significant networking and deals inked on-site.’
