Turtle, one of India’s leading men’s lifestyle brands has launched their Winter Collection 2013 with the extended theme of ‘Dressed to Save’. Here young men are shown espousing eco-friendly sub-themes such as organic food, paperless offices and zero decibel partying.

“Taking the ‘Dressed to Save’ ideology further, our winter campaign urges people to adopt one of the many environmentally friendly approaches or ways of life”, says Mr. Shitanshu Jhunjhunwalla (Director, Turtle Limited). “Besides saving turtles, we have also been supporting hundreds of Khadi weavers in villages across India.”

“Our Winter Collection this season is quite exclusive and very unlike what has been done in the past. We have used jewel tones like forest green, burgundy, prune, along with British ochre, olive and tans. Velvet fabric and knits for blazers is in vogue and has been used as both casual and chic evening wear. Fashion leather in blue and printed base for casual blazers adds the extra edge to our collection”, added Ms. Narinder Kaaur (Head of Design, Turtle Limited).

“Zipper jackets this season are the perfect blend of elegance and style. They are available in leather and canvas base apart from the regular poly base. For mild winters, we have made them available in half-lined, washed option in addition to the lightweight knitted option. Material blocking has been predominant used for blazers as well as zipper jackets.

“Suits and blazers are available with notch, shawl and Nehru cuts. Blazers are also available in washed, non-lined light weight option. Customers will love the fine inner detailings of blazers, zipper jackets and suits this season. The sweatshirts basket has clutter-breaking cuts and silhouettes. Quilted, reversible and enzyme-washed pieces with regular hoods, zippers and kangaroo pockets will stand apart.”

“The fit is smart and chic with silhouette cut close to the body giving room for comfort and easy movement. ‘Detachable’ as a concept is going to be big this year. And our zipper jackets with detachable sleeves and the detachable hooded blazer are the ones to lay your hand on, if you want to step out in style.”

Turtle has become a complete ‘head-to-toe’ menswear brand with the recent launch of its eyewear collection and footwear range soon to follow. Turtle offers international quality products at affordable prices and a wide variety of Suits, Blazers, Jackets, Windcheaters, Pullovers, Gilets, Shirts, Trousers, T-shirts, Denims, and trendy accessories like Ties, Cufflinks, Scarves, Belts, Wallets, Hats, Caps, Bags and more.

Customers can check out the winter collection on the e-store or visit one of Turtle’s 75 exclusive brand outlets across India. Turtle products are also available on Flipkart.com, Jabong.com, Snapdeal.com, HomeShop18.com, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, and Central.
