Fresh Produce, a leading designer, developer and marketer of women’s apparel and accessories is pleased to announce a number of additions to its senior management team. Cindy Drankoski has joined as Senior Vice President – Talent.
 
Cindy’s principal responsibilities will be assisting the Company in its continuing recruitment efforts, working with new and existing team members to assure an aligned, high performance management team and installing best in class HR practices throughout the Company’s Support Center, retail stores and production facilities. 
 
Cindy brings extensive human resource experience spanning 34 years from a number of iconic brands including Channel, Tourneau, Avon and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.
 
Brenda Rutenber has been named Vice President – Head of Stores. Brenda has assumed responsibility for the Company’s largest sales channel currently comprised of 26 Company-owned stores. Brenda will be installing the talent, methods and mentalities required to enhance store performance and elevate the in-store customer experience. Additionally, Brenda is charged with readying her team, both at the Support Center and in the field, to support the Company’s plans to significantly accelerate new store development. 
 
Brenda brings 24 years of retail experience most recently as a Regional Vice President of LOFT (part of Ann Inc.) where she was responsible for 138 LOFT stores. In addition to LOFT, Brenda’s experience includes management of retail stores at Crabtree & Evelyn, Victoria’s Secret and Baker Furniture.
 
John Harris has joined as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of the Company’s online sales channel. John will lead brand development initiatives designed to elevate awareness and enrich brand positioning with existing and new customers and oversee all marketing activities that support the Company’s three sales channels. 
 
John joins Fresh Produce from Location3 Media in Denver, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer and led the digital marketing strategy for Fresh Produce, Stetson, Boden and Darden Restaurants.
 
John brings extensive consumer and retail marketing experience to Fresh Produce, having served as Sr. Vice President of The Integer Group (part of Omnicom Group Inc.) where he developed marketing programs for numerous brands including Coors, Procter and Gamble, American Crew and McDonalds. John’s experience includes the development and execution of local store marketing programs which is a focal point for the marketing plans for 2014 and 2015 at Fresh Produce.
