Expanding its fashion footprint in the city, Global Desi – the India inspired boho-chic brand launched its third exclusive store in Kolkata at the Quest mall. The new store offers the latest Spring Summer 2014 “Mela” collection, a complete range of indo-western fashion inspired by the quintessential Indian mela, a collection which while being extremely effervescent, exciting and fun, is essentially Indian in spirit and international in its appeal, thus bringing a colourful and stylish zest to the discerning consumers of Kolkata.

Spread over an area of 697 sq ft the store offers an exciting shopping experience with a vast and vibrant collection of high-on-style Indo fusion apparels. With the onset of the new season the store brings in a pulsating range of fashion forward outfits including multi-hued kurti’s, tunics, shift dresses, jumpsuits, pallazo pants, crop tops, maxis and embroidered/printed salwaar suits.

The use of fluid and breathable fabrics like LIVA, georgettes and chiffon, intricate detailing and stylish cuts makes Global Desi a ‘must have’ for the new age woman.

The brand is currently present in 18 cities in India and has 58 exclusive standalone stores with the one in Kolkata being the latest addition to this fast growing high fashion brand.
