London to host textile sourcing event – GarmenTex 2014

Fibre2fashion, the biggest portal for the worldwide textile, apparel and fashion sector is partnering with UK based E4 Events for organising ‘Garmentex 2014’ – An exhibition cum business networking event in London on September 23 & 24, 2014 at the Sheraton Skyline, London Heathrow.
 
'GarmenTex' is unquestionably the most exclusive sourcing event of the season and a chance to do business with the crème de la crème of European garment brands and retailers.  
 
According the latest report compiled by Fibre2fashion on EU clothing imports by country for the 3rd quarter of 2013, seven countries from Asia (China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia & Indonesia) accounts for 42% total import of clothing in the entire European Union. 
 
According to experts in the industry, in the coming quarters, share of import from countries in Asia is likely to go up significantly. Countries like Vietnam, Pakistan & India are likely to gain. 
 
Buyers from some of the world's leading brands will fly into London on Sept 24 and 25 – “Not to Browse, But to Buy”.
 
The event will not only showcase in front of some of the mainstream brands and the most influential buyers in the world, but will also offer an opportunity to develop invaluable and long-lasting business relationships.
 
There are outstanding opportunities for garment manufacturers & suppliers in this burgeoning market. The variety & intensity of European market in unparallel in the world. The important element of this market is that it offers both volume and value. 
 
This will be a golden opportunity for those from across the apparel manufacturing value chain like fabric, accessories and apparel producers from countries like India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia, Indonesia, etc to showcase their products.
