Rafaella, a leading women's collection sportswear brand, is part of the powerhouse PEI fashion portfolio.

"Fantasia is an industry leader in its category and the perfect partner for bringing the quality and aesthetic that the Rafaella woman expects through these exciting product extensions," said Oscar Feldenkreis, president & chief operating officer of Perry Ellis International. "We are excited about the potential of this agreement in bringing a full product lifestyle to our customers, and look forward to working together on a successful launch."

"We're thrilled to partner with Perry Ellis International and to launch Rafaella apparel into accessories," stated Eddie Azar, president of Fantasia. "We know that the Rafaella accessories line will be as smart and beautiful as the woman who wears them, and we look forward to providing the Rafaella customer with handbags and accessories to keep up with her fast-paced, active lifestyle."

This agreement adds a new product category with product launching at retail for Holiday 2014, offering stylish accessories to complement her look during the gift-giving season. Targeted retailers will include Rafaella's major accounts, such as Lord & Taylor, BonTon, Belk, and rafaellasportswear.com, as well as other fine department and specialty stores in the U.S. and Canada.
