PVH Corp. and TS Commerce Corporation have entered into a license agreement under which TS Commerce Corporation will manufacture, sell, distribute and promote apparel and accessories for the Van Heusen brand in Korea. The initial term of the license agreement runs through December 2018.

Under the license agreement, TS Commerce Corporation has the rights to manufacture, sell, distribute and promote Van Heusen products which include men’s dress and sport shirts, neckwear, knit shirts, suits and suit separates, pants, underwear, leather belts, wallets, cuff links, tie bars, socks, headwear, bags and shoes. TS Commerce Corporation will open and operate free-standing Van Heusen stores in Korea, and has the rights to also distribute Van Heusen products through shop-in-shops, specialty stores, department stores, retail outlets and via an e-commerce website.

“We are thrilled to expand the Van Heusen brand into Korea, as we believe that our classic American heritage will resonate well with the Korean consumer,” said Ken Wyse, President of Licensing for PVH Corp. “We believe that TS Commerce Corporation will be an excellent partner for us, given their extensive experience in the dress apparel industry, understanding of the Korean marketplace and strong relationships across the largest department stores in the region.”

"Van Heusen is a globally recognized dress apparel brand owned by one of the largest apparel companies in the world. We at TS Commerce feel fortunate to be able to partner with PVH to launch and grow Van Heusen into a lifestyle collection in Korea," said James Park, the Director of TS Commerce, and head of the Van Heusen brand for Korea.
