Balotelli in Italy Kit
Earlier in the year PUMA unveiled their exclusive kits for eight sponsored teams- Italy, Switzerland, Algeria, Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Chile and Uruguay – who are all strong contenders in Brazil this summer. The home and away kit for each team is now available in select PUMA stores in the country. To add further to the excitement, PUMA store windows will be themed and decorated around the World Cup exclusive Italia jersey.

The very special Italia jersey draws inspiration from the heritage of the traditional Italian handcraft industry. A slim fit and a tailored collar and placket are beautifully combined with intricate design details. The tailored looking crest and exclusive FIGC font are inspired by traditional Italian craftsmanship.

Performance and design combine in the new Italy kits with the integration of PUMA’s new football apparel innovation PWR ACTV. The shirts feature the new PUMA PWR ACTV technology, a new first-to-market use of both athletic taping and compression within the apparel. The apparel works with the human body to help maximise performance and provide players with a faster, more effective energy supply to the active muscles.

In addition to this, PUMA has an exclusive football boot the evoPWER 1 FG that is available in India to football lovers. evoPOWER is game changer as it is designed to enhance a player’s natural kicking ability, and optimise a player’s power and accuracy when striking the ball.

A global version of the evoPOWER boot called the 'Tricks' shoe has been unveiled exclusively for the World Cup. Players such as Mario Balotelli, Cesc Fàbregas, Sergio Agüero, Marco Reus, Radamel Falcao, Olivier Giroud, Gianluigi Buffon, Yaya Touré and many more will be spotted on the field in these funky football studs. The right boot is pink, the left boot is blue. PUMA revealed Tricks, a new colourful interpretation of its evoPOWER and evoSPEED football boots, made for the unbelievable at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

PUMA India MD, Mr. Rajiv Mehta said, “The World Cup season is a very exhilarating time and PUMA is excited to be associated with such strong teams for the event. The funky colours and vibrant designs of our FIFA World Cup merchandise is hard to miss and the unique technology makes our products a must have for any football fan. To keep the football buzz going, PUMA has associated with pubs and bars across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Whenever a PUMA sponsored team wins during the Cup, PUMA will buy a round of drinks for everyone to celebrate!”

From now all PUMA - FIFA World cup 2014 merchandise will be available at select PUMA stores and retailers online.
