Jabong launches first ever 'India Online Fashion Week'

In a move to further strengthen their position of India’s leading online fashion store, Jabong.com in partnership with Talenthouse India, announced the first ever ‘India Online Fashion Week’ in the capital. Together with Mr. Praveen Sinha, Founder & Managing Director, Jabong.com and Mr. Arun Mehra, CEO, Talenthouse India, the launch of the first ever India online Fashion Week was also graced by the ever ravishing actress Yami Gautam being one of the key mentors of an event of such big stature! The coveted event will raise its curtains on July 25th, 2014 and will be closed on July 30th, 2014, with participation from the who’s who of the Indian Fashion fraternity as the spectators of the Grand Finale of India Online Fashion Week! 
 
Jabong.com, a leader in online fashion retail, and Talenthouse India, SEA’s largest crowd sourcing platform are behind conceiving such unique concept that has never been witnessed in Indian Fashion history! Opening doors of next gen fashion designers and making designer clothes accessible to fashionable audience, at large, India Online Fashion Week aims at providing a world class career defining opportunity to the aspiring artists while honing the skills of budding talent in our country! 
 
The event will be World’s first Online Shoppable Fashion Week and will reach millions of audience through www.iofw.com. The online fashion week will open its doors by inviting applications from artists across 4 broad categories - designers, models, fashion photographers, hairstylist & make-up artists from across the country. 
 
In addition to offering an exclusive platform to the winners to showcase their work, IOFW 2014, will also offer training by different mentors including Yami Gautam who will be giving them the grooming tips, under her strict guidance! Talent across various verticals will be required to submit their entries for this event as per a pre-defined theme and a timeline.
