Billabong names Tracey Wood as Company Secretary

Billabong International Limited announces that Maria Manning will resign from the office of Company Secretary effective from 18 July 2014. Maria Manning has been Company Secretary since January 2006.
Chairman, Ian Pollard, said, “On behalf of the Board, I would like to sincerely thank, Maria for her contribution and dedication and wish her well with her future endeavours”.
Current International General Counsel, Tracey Wood will be appointed Company Secretary effective 18 July 2014. This role will be combined with her role as International General Counsel.
