CBME China to see top-notch brands from over 30 countries

The 14th Shanghai International Children Baby Maternity Industry Expo (CBME China) will open its doors to domestic and international buyers on July 22-24, 2014 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The event will feature over 2,300 brands across 166,680 square meters of exhibition space. Over 65,000 children and baby products volume-buyers are expected to attend.

"CBME China 2014 reached another milestone. This year's edition is the biggest, not only in the number of qualified suppliers, but also in terms of exhibition space. Brands and exhibitors from over 30 countries will be represented at this year's fair," said Ms. Athena Gong, General Manager, CBME. "We are glad to receive such an outstanding support from the industry. The event has continued to attract local and international industry players and buyers."

"Our alliance with ABC Kids Expo of the United States and Baby Products Association of the United Kingdom and other partners has expanded our reach outside China as more and more brands and suppliers get the opportunity to enter the China market," Ms. Gong continued.

With the increase in exhibition scale, CBME China will be carefully categorized into themed areas to make sourcing easier for buyers. These are: International Pavilions; Licensing Zone; OEM/ODM Pavilion, Maternity and Baby Care Products; Baby Carriages, Car Seats and Furniture; Food and Health Care Products; Toys, Educational Products and Souvenirs; Children, Baby and Teenager Clothing, Footwear and Accessories; Maternity Clothing, Underwear and Accessories; Service Organizations and Industry Exhibitions.

Co-located with CBME China is a new trade event focusing on children's fashion - Cool Kids Fashion. Cool Kids Fashion brings together world-renowned brands and up-and-coming designers for children's fashion (ages 0-16 years) in an exclusive on-trend ambiance of 4,000 sqm floor space. The event will feature a complete overview of children fashion and accessories. Event highlights include Kid's Fashion Runway, Designer Central, Fashion Museum, Trend Forums and Fashion Talk.

A Showcase of International Brands and Products at the International Pavilions

One of the event's highlight is international pavilions, where international brands from Australia, France, Korea, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, Taiwan and other countries and regions are presenting products covering a range of children baby maternity products from healthcare products to food, strollers and toys, clothing and accessories and services.
