Aditya Birla Nuvo names Lalit Naik as MD

Aditya Birla Nuvo at its meeting held on June 26, 2014, has considered the appointment of Mr. Lalit Naik as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2014, in place of Dr. Rakesh Jain, whose term as the Managing Director of the Company expires on June 30, 2014; Dr. Rakesh Jain will also cease to be the Director of the Company.

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:

-Appointment of Mr. Lalit Naik as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. July 01, 2014, in place of Dr. Rakesh Jain, whose term as the Managing Director of the Company expires on June 30, 2014; Dr. Rakesh Jain will also cease to be the Director of the Company.(Subject to the approval of the shareholders)

-Appointment of SRBC & Co., LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15.
