Fresh Produce rolls out 'Teach On' appreciation program

Fresh Produce, a leading apparel brand for women, has launched an exclusive teacher discount available at all 26 company stores and online. Teachers can sign up online to take advantage of the “Teach On” appreciation program and to access additional deals and savings opportunities.

Fresh Produce provides colorful clothing that uplifts and inspires teachers and women everywhere. Since the brand first launched 30 years ago its broad assortment of stylish and easy-to-wear pieces in vibrant colors and prints continues to resonate with teachers. Educators’ desire to inspire learners aligns with Fresh Produce and the brand’s ability to help women feel confident, allowing them to go out in the world and inspire others.

“Fresh Produce knows teachers work hard each and every day to develop curiosity, enthusiasm and passion in their students,” says Mary Ellen Vernon, Fresh Produce founder. “When teachers feel comfortable, they are able to shine both in and out of the classroom. If wearing a pretty dress or top can play even a small role in giving them that feeling, we’re proud to be able to provide that to them.”

The “Teach On” savings pass comes on the heels of Fresh Produce’s launch in July of a military discount to honor the servicemen and women of our country. Active duty, veterans, National Guard, reserves, and their families or dependents can now receive 10 percent off every purchase of Fresh Produce apparel in-stores and online.

For the past 30 years Fresh Produce has been supporting its own backyard by staying committed to its “Made in USA” heritage. Fresh Produce directly supports nearly 300 U.S. jobs in 26 company-owned retail locations and in the company’s Gardena, Calif.-based warehouse, while supporting more than 400 independent retailers who sell Fresh Produce clothing across the nation.
