L Brands declares 159th consecutive quarterly dividend

L Brands, Inc. announced the declaration of its regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share payable on Sept. 5, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 22, 2014.

This is the company's 159th consecutive quarterly dividend.

L Brands, through Victoria's Secret, PINK, Bath & Body Works, La Senza and Henri Bendel, is an international company.

The company operates 2,942 company-owned specialty stores in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and its brands are sold in about 600 franchised additional locations worldwide.
