Fletcher declares new corporate name as Sunice

Fletcher Group, distributor of Sunice, AUR Golf, Tommy Hilfiger Golf, has announced that it will now operate under the name Sunice, effective immediatey.

The aim behind the name change is to align its corporate and product identity to focus better on a singular brand platform. Along with the name change, the company adopted a new corporate identity and a new website that will be launched next year. The changes are effective immediately, and all future business activity will be undertaken with the new name.

Conrad Tappert, president of Sunice said, “This change gives us a platform to continue the commitment around driving the Sunice brand. Combining a heritage dating back to 1976 with the current momentum that the brand is enjoying in the marketplace, it is the right time to make this change.”

“This is a logical next step for our company, as we launch new innovative products, expand offerings, and grow our distribution in new channels and markets,” he added.

Founded in Calgary in 1976, Sunice expanded into the golf apparel industry in the early nineties. The brand continues to co-exist in both the golf and ski world as a longtime expert and leader in the technical outerwear industry.

Sunice is dedicated to a unique concept of science and style. This is done by creating innovative design, using durable construction, and blending fashion-forward styling while using the latest in technical specialty fabrics.

Owned and operated by Fletcher Group, Sunice is a Quebec-based company with over 45 years of industry experience in marketing multiple brands in Canada and the United States. (GK)
